Lower Eyelid Aesthetics

In our practice, we improve the aesthetic appearance around the eyes with the lower eyelid aesthetic procedure. This procedure is generally preferred to correct sagging, bagging or dark circles on the lower eyelids.

Lower eyelid surgery is usually performed under general anesthesia. The surgeon provides the desired aesthetic result by making the necessary corrections around the eyes. After the procedure, the stitches can be removed within 5 days and the healing process is usually completed within 6-12 weeks.

There are two basic techniques for lower eyelid aesthetics in our practice. The first one is done with an incision made just below the eyelashes. The second is done with an incision made on the surface of the lid facing the inside of the eye. Which one will be done is decided together with the physician after the first interview.
