This surgery is performed to remove excess skin and fat around the eyes to provide a smoother and younger appearance. It can be performed under local or general anesthesia. As a result, patients gain a more vigorous and vibrant look.

In our practice, we improve the aesthetic appearance around the eyes with the lower eyelid aesthetic procedure. This procedure is generally preferred to correct sagging, bagging or dark circles on the lower eyelids.

First, you will have a detailed consultation with Dr. Emrah Emre to discuss the details of the procedure and your expectations. Your health status will be examined and you will be assessed whether you are suitable for the procedure.

Lower eyelid surgery is usually performed under general anesthesia. The surgeon provides the desired aesthetic result by making the necessary corrections around the eyes. After the procedure, the stitches can be removed within 5 days and the healing process is usually completed within 6-12 weeks.

There are two basic techniques for lower eyelid aesthetics in our practice. The first one is done with an incision made just below the eyelashes. The second is done with an incision made on the surface of the lid facing the inside of the eye. Which one will be done is decided together with the physician after the first interview. We offer customized treatment plans and ensure that you achieve natural and permanent results. We will support you throughout your treatment process and closely follow your recovery process.
